Born in Owo, Ondo State, Dr. Amobonye’s journey is a story of vision, persistence, and excellence. He began his academic path at the Federal University of Technology, Minna, where he obtained his first degree, before earning a Master’s at the Federal University of Technology, Akure. His academic ambitions led him to South Africa, where he completed his PhD in Biotechnology at the Durban University of Technology. During his doctoral studies, he distinguished himself as both a lecturer and researcher, contributing to the growing body of knowledge in applied biotechnology. Today, he continues to pursue advanced research as a Research Fellow at Kaunas University of Technology in Lithuania, extending his expertise across continents.
